When you've tried to help your child and it seems like none of the traditional talk therapy or behavioral therapy routes have worked, it can feel so isolating and hopeless.

Your child is nervous, overwhelmed, and struggling.

There's nothing you want more than to see them calm, happy, and safe.

Let's try something different.

Realizing that you may be different than most of your peers can be uncomfortable and confusing. Spending late nights searching online to see if your thoughts and deepest questions are "normal" can leave you feeling more alone.

All you want is to live life as yourself and be around others that accept and love you.

Let's talk.

You may be looking for resources, cultural humility and competency when it comes to the autistic or LGBTQ+ community, case consultations, or something more individualized.

Let me provide an outside perspective with a strong clinical focus and over 25 years of lived experience.

Let's work together.

Hi! My name is Kade and I'm glad you're here.

I help tame anxiety and self-doubt so you can be confident and yourself!

I am passionate about working with youth, young adults, and adults that are experiencing high levels of worry or low self-esteem -- especially folks that may be questioning their gender or sexuality and/or are autistic.

I believe in the power of healthy attachment, creative play-based interventions, and secure relationships to promote healing and growth.
